The Timpots Legacy Foundation (TLF) is an independent, alumni-led, charitable and non-profit organization established to foster alumni engagement, preserve heritage, support education, encourage mentorship, strengthen community bonds, and undertake initiatives aligned with its mission and values.

TLF operates with its own governance, policies, leadership, finances and decision-making processes. It is managed independently in accordance with its governing documents and applicable laws.

TLF is not owned, managed, governed, controlled, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by the current management, governing body, trust, society, administration, or operations of any Timpany School.

Any reference to the Timpany heritage, history, traditions, values, teachers, alumni, or educational legacy is made solely for the purpose of alumni identification, historical continuity, community engagement, and preservation of shared heritage.

TLF does not represent, speak on behalf of, or act as an agent of any Timpany School or its current management. Likewise, no Timpany School or its management represents or acts on behalf of TLF unless expressly documented through a separate written agreement.

The Foundation is solely responsible for its own governance, activities, programmes, finances, communications, publications, and operations.

We remain committed to celebrating the rich legacy of generations of Timpots while building an inclusive, independent, and future-focused alumni community for the benefit of alumni, students, educators, and society at large.
