teacher appreciation thread
The Teacher Appreciation Initiative was launched on 12 May 2026 as a weekly alumni-driven effort to document memories, photographs, tributes, and stories about the teachers who shaped generations of TIMPOTS. The objective was to create permanent memory threads for the TLF Archives and future publications.

60 Years of Service in Education (1970–2026)
This Teacher Appreciation Thread celebrated the remarkable life and legacy of Mrs. Harshalatha Chiranjeevi, whose six decades in education have touched generations of students, teachers, administrators, and families. Joining Timpany School on 21 January 1970, she began her journey as a young Std. IV teacher and steadily rose through the ranks to become Vice Principal of the Junior School (1985), Principal of the Main School (1993), Principal of Timpany Steel City School (1996), and later Director of Timpany. Her educational journey also included serving as Principal of Jubilee Hills Public School and establishing an ICSE School for the Ramoji Group, before returning to Timpany in 2006 . As she approaches the extraordinary milestone of 60 Years in Education on 3 July 2026, TIMPOTS from across generations came together to share their memories.
